Donations are voluntary and, unless explicitly restricted to a named campaign, are applied at the Foundation’s discretion to further its charitable mission. Receipts are issued automatically by email. Recurring donations may be paused or cancelled at any time from your account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend accounts used to submit fraudulent, abusive, or automated submissions.
Submitting an application does not create an obligation on either party. Acceptance is at the Foundation’s discretion and may be subject to verification, references, or background checks where relevant to the role.
You agree not to attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorised access to systems or data, scrape content at scale, or submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful material through any form on this site.
All text, imagery, logos, and downloadable materials are the property of the Foundation or its licensors. Educational resources may be shared for non-commercial awareness purposes with attribution; commercial reuse requires written permission.
Payments are processed by Paystack; email delivery, mapping, and media hosting are provided by other third parties. Each provider’s own terms apply to their portion of the service.
The website is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Foundation is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
